Memorials.comReviews of memorials.com

I needed granite vases for HBs resting place and found them at Memorials.com. I had a question and called. There was no extended waiting and the nice young lady was able to find the answer for me in no time. Then she went one further and asked what I was interested in and the size so she could check stock. With the supply issues she said it could take an extended amount of time if it weren't in stock. The ones I wanted of course were out of stock so I got the next size up. I was worried they would be too big but it turned out to be a good deal as they fit perfectly. Not only that but the color and texture of the stone was a perfect match too. If I hadn't known better I would have sworn they were cut from the same stone. They shipped out fast, within a week and were in hand 3 days later. I have dealt with Memorials.com for pet urns as well and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

In a time of great sadness, my sister and I found online the link to Memorials.com. There was a great selection of urns for our mother's ashes. After making our selection, customer service reached out to be sure our selection was in stock so that we could have it sooner than later. We were informed about shipping and it arrived perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable for a hand crafted ceramic urn. Everything about our experience with Memorials.com was kind and extremely helpful in this stressful time of life.

"I HAVE PURCHASED 3 OTHER URNS FROM MEMORIALS.COM THAT ARE THE SAME COLOR AS THIS URN. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY CHOICE BECAUSE IT COMPLIMENTS THE OTHER URNS FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS. THE OTHER URNS I PURCHASED WERE WOOD URNS - BURLWOOD CHEST WOOD CREMATION URN - IF YOU LIKE THE BREMOUNT URN YOU WILL LOVE THE BURLWOOD CHEST. I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THE SAME URN FOR MY SISTER, BUT THE OTHER THREE WERE FOR MEN AND I THOUGHT I SHOULD ORDER SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR HER. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH EITHER ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE "ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL" I HAD THE URN DELIVERED TO THE MORTUARY AND THEY ASKED ME WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND HOW MUCH IT WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH IT.

We ordered 2 cremation urns while setting up our pre-need arrangements. Both urns arrived from Italy. One was perfect but the other had a imperfect glaze due to a hand imprint. Debbie at Memorials.com was friendly, efficient, & helped me to return the marred urn and get a replacement. It arrived and is lovely. Both urns will look beautiful side-by-side in our glass front niches in a local Memorial Garden. Thank you to everyone at Memorials.com but especially Debbie.

My sister suddenly passed away and we needed an urn for her. I found Memorials.com on line and quickly found what I felt was the perfect urn, but I needed it quickly. Memorials.com not only got my sister's urn to us faster than I thought they could, but it was better than the picture online. This urn is well made and very well priced. The Memorials.com staff was awesome to work with.

I purchased 3 different items on 2 different orders and the quality on all was exceptional. I liked the fact that the website states up front that if you order multiple items that they may ship from different warehouses and this was the case for my first order. Delivery was fast. I love the fact that the items are of great quality and for a fair price. It’s hard enough dealing with the loss of someone, but selecting something unique for them is tough. The good news is that there are so many options that whatever you’re searching for, you’ll find it. I genuinely pleased with my experience and purchase.

I have always found Memorials.com to have the most beautiful urns and to be very helpful in giving advice on the selections I have made. They are one of the best sites for these kinds of things and, as Office Administrator at my church, I use them a lot.

I have ordered several of the same wooden boxes from memorials.com for my beloved dogs’ ashes. They are excellent quality; the bottom screws on securely and the engraved brass plaques have been perfect. Customer service with this company is excellent—they have all arrived quickly (in fact, each time I have received the box before I received my pet’s ashes) and securely packed for shipment. Although I wanted only plain wooden boxes, they have a large selection of boxes and urns in a multitude of styles and sizes. I won’t use anyone else for my future needs because they’re so wonderful to do business with.
