Great customer service, and the bench is beautiful!

I have just received delivery of 3 garden benches and 2 tables. The quality and finish is exceptional. The oak slats look fantastic. Everyone who has visited our garden has noticed the furniture immediately and commented on how good it looks. I had a number of conversations with Karl who was extremely helpful - he wanted to ensure that I ordered exactly what I expected. Delivery was prompt and arrived on time. Thank you Karl for a wonderful experience and I will certainly be recommending your products to friends.

Our family dog passed away after 16.5 years and memorial benches truly encompassed what our family needed to remember her by. Thank you for helping us grieve a little easier.

At such an emotional time in one's life- to find a company like yours is invaluable. Darius and his team at the House of Urns was incredibly helpful. They were responsive and courteous and flexible. What more could you possibly ask for at a time like this. I am very grateful for their professionalism and the bench we created together will be treasured for a lifetime

Everything from customer service to the quality of the memorial bench we received was excellent. Thank you so much!

I was 100% happy and satisfied with the memorial benches that we ordered!! My interaction with Darius was excellent, helpful, accurate and professional! He was kind and caring and wonderful to work with!! The quality of the bench is top notch, it’s super sturdy, beautiful and exceeded my expectations! My Mom and Dad would be super excited that all 3 children have comfortable benches to commemorate them with! I highly recommend getting them from this organization! Thank you House of Urn and Memorial benches!

Our son, Steven, passed away from COVID-19 in October 2021 and my brother, Keith, passed just 5 months later. Needless to say our hearts were ripped out of our chest. We decided to honor their legacy by purchasing this beautiful bench and place it at the new, local dog park. Both Steven and Keith were in absolute love with EVERY animal, especially dogs and cats. Our bench arrived in pristine condition and I cried when we opened it. It was EXACTLY how we imagined. Darius promptly responded to any comments or questions we had. Memorial Benches did not disappoint !

The bench is beautiful and full of craftsmanship. The text approval email went to my company spam folder and Darius was thoughtful enough to call me and ask why I had not approved of the design. He was able to provide all the details and images on the spot. The only draw back was the wait time. But he pandemic has been impacting everything I order.
