We love the lower prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Prompt pickup. We reserve parking with Memorial Airport Parking every time we fly, 4 to 5 times a year.

My arriving was great. David my Driver was perfect. My pick-up was terrible. I misplaced my ticket. I showed him the text i received from memorial stating my ticket number. He was rude said he needed my ticket. I stated again i didn't have it. He did'nt care about the text. Told me to get in. He refused to talk to me. Made a big issue to guy that didn't have a key fob. I thought he was drinking or something just the way he acted. I asked for his name refused to give it. MY date and time for pickup was Oct.11 at 10:30 if that helps. I have use memorial several times this experience makes me not want to use them again to have a driver with a attitude after a long day of travel isn't what i'm looking for. Grant C.

First time using this company. The drop- off was unorganized and had me a little uneasy but the pick up was stellar service. Bradley was amazing and helpful and he went above and beyond. All in all my car was right where I parked it and it was a good experience. I would use this service again.

This parking lot is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service is efficient and very polite. I like that the car is in a fenced lot.
