Ordered an automatic motorised guitar tuner. Total cost inc p&p was £29.45. Took 3 weeks to arrive from USA (China?) and I received a cheap plastic clip-on guitar tuner I could have bought from my local guitar shop, This was bought after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. When will Facebook take steps to check the validity of their advertisements to protect purchasers? This is a scam……do not use this company!

I thought I was purchasing Smart Automatic Guitar Tuner, Metronome & String Winder and received a cheap guitar, wow what fraudsters they have done this to others.

Scam operation, ordered automatic tuner and sent a cheap manual one. Avoid

Scammers - ordered an autwind guitar tuner, sent me a cheap bottom of the range tuner and tried to insist it was the same.

Absolute scam. Sent me a totally different product to what i ordered. They requested photos etc which i gave and asked for a refund but they insist i got the right item. I bought the soccer robot and they sent me a child's toy with cartoon bugs on it. They won't redund. They advertise on Instagram as memory net or memonei. Absolutely furious, it was a christmas present for my daughter and they just scam people
