Dear Brittany, our orders from melograna.io the wine marketplace are shipped from Los Angeles nationwide. It is possible that your order was not properly handled by the third-party shipper, we store all our wines in temperature-controlled environments and we ship with protective air bags.

Disappointed with shipping. I placed the order on 8/15 and payed for 3day shipping wanting the item by the weekend. You used ups which doesn’t deliver on Saturday so it sat in a nearby warehouse for the weekend and arrived 8/21. I will use amazon next time not your business
