Beware the web site shopping cart!!
Their products are excellent, but the web site is borderline fraudulent in function.. There is NO order review and NO final submit button or function. I had a 6 item order in the cart and got to the payment section when I realized I wanted an additional product. I looked for a 'back' button, couldn't find it, so I hit the browser's back button and did the additional shopping. When I added the item I saw that the cart was empty. I thought the site had abandoned my cart so I re-filled the cart and finished the order process. About 15 minutes later I received an email confirming the 'abandoned' cart order was processed, and a second email for my desired order. I immediately sent an email to their customer support explaining why I needed to cancel the first order and keep the second one. The next day, the company wrote back and said that "once an order is placed it cannot be canceled." What? ! Be very careful on this unforgiving web site. Having said that, there are a handful of sauces that are must-haves in our kitchen!!
