I made an order on the 20th of December in 2018, and I still haven't recieved my package. I checked their shipping policy and it said 7-10 days, weekends not included and it's still in it's Pre-shipping phase and hasn't moved since. I've tried contacting them and should have known something was wrong when they had three different emails for customer service. No response.
