This company is a joke do not buy anything form them. I paid extra for warranty and bought each of my twin 8 yr Olds a scooter so I spend $350. When I tried to adjust the height of the handle bars the brake line snapped and the clips to the wires broke. They refused to honor the warranty and basically said touch luck for your kid. They don't offer to even fix the broken one. They simply don't care about there customers and have a really bad customer service team. I was basically laughed at the whole time I tried getting help. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Brought a scooter for my son. The quality of this product is dreadful and the brakes failed when my sun was riding it. I brought another brake set from them and this has now failed . Do you buy from these people.

Ordered and paid on the 20th April.. arrived at the Parcel Force Depot 5th May and had to pay customs charges of £147.58.. Nothing explained about these additional costs when purchasing and as for the delivery only automated responses in the interim. So overall very poor service and cannot recommend!

I ordered from them on the 1st June and then got an email the next day saying that my order has been shipped. It has been 20 days and I still havent received my order. Their website is sketchy. It wouldn't let me access it sometimes. JUST DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You can buy megawheels scooters on amazon and ebay.
