Super Easy to Setup

Great experience with Richie from start to finish. The process was simple, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. The Richie team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Definitely would recommend Richie to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward experience.

As a solo practitioner, I offer as variety of services to my clients that often require bespoke ongoing arrangements and flexibility in payment solutions. richie provides me with that flexibility in an easy to use, client friendly format. Many competing services offer a wide range of additional services that are compulsory and used to justify a higher subscription fee. I love richie because it’s sleek and to the point. I pay for exactly what I use and nothing more. I’d strongly recommend richie to other lawyers, or any professional, that need an effective tool for payment processing without any fluff.

Quick background: I did HR for 15 years, decided to go out on my own doing consulting, and immediately hit a wall. Not with the HR part, with everything else. Website, payments, invoices... I had like 9 tabs open comparing Squarespace and Wix and some CRM thing someone recommended, and I just closed my laptop. Twice I started building a website and quit halfway. It was embarrassing honestly. A friend sent me Richie and my first thought was "great, another thing to learn." But I had a page up the same afternoon. Like, actually up, with my services on it and a way for people to pay me. The thing I didn't expect to love: my retainer clients just subscribe and it bills them automatically. They can grab their own receipts too, which means I'm not digging through email at 9pm because someone's bookkeeper needs an invoice from March. I needed to stop fiddling with tech stuff and start actually consulting. If that's you too, just try it.
