Meet-TingManaging all the calendars in your life is invisible labour. It’s constant context-switching, follow-ups, reschedules - exhausting, every day. And yet, making time to meet people and do the things you care about is what matters most. Ting gives your schedule a brain so it can make decisions for you. It’s a new type of AI scheduling tool - an availability agent that manages meetings for you over email and text. You set your goals and preferences, and Ting learns how you work - building intuition every time you CC or message it. Delegate Ting to handle the back-and-forth: booking meetings, rescheduling when plans change, sending pre-call briefs, and nudging no-shows back on track. Each week, Ting checks in to help align your calendar with what you want to achieve, not just what’s available. Ting works where meetings already happen: Gmail and Outlook today, with Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp - and soon ChatGPT.

I love that Ting eases my burden of having to sort out the low value and frequent step of having to coordinate meetings and booking them. In addition, I appreciate that it gives me a heads up of the agenda for the week automatically, helping to remind me of my personal and professional commitments! I encountered minor bugs before but the company have been super responsive about them.

Literally making my life so much easier when trying to find time in people's diaries. That's the core product but some of the new features (and they add them regularly) are making this more and more valuable to me (integration with WhatsApp, start of week tips and reminders, ability to research and provide me with information on the people who have booked time in my diary in advance of calls). I already love Ting, but can see this becoming more and more central to how I work.

I've been using Ting for a few months. It's been super reliable. New feature updates are regular. Had contact with the founder and it's clear that the company cares. The fact that it's a free product too and adds so much value to my work, can't fault it in any way.
