Absolute rubbish watch. Blood pressure readings are inaccurate. Face gallery does not work and QR Code inside box sends you to scammers site. DO NOT buy

The main reason I ordered the Med Watch Pro was to monitor my BP while traveling. Sadly, the readings are highly inaccurate when compared to my Omron cuff (which matches the readings at the doctor’s office). The watch’s readings don’t even come close. Although the watch has many other features that folks might enjoy, an accurate BP reading is not one of them. Wish it was returnable.

Hvor ville jeg ønske jeg havde checket Trustpilot før jeg bestilte, og betalte, 1300 kr for et ur og dele som jeg aldrig fik!! Et fupfirma som udgiver sig som amerikansk men sender fra Kina, med en kundeservice der lyver og holder kunden hen til de 43 dage er gået, hvor refundering ikke længere kan finde sted. Tyveri!! Device would not synch with Bluetooth. Instructions are totally unhelpful, and microscopic. I contacted support 8 times, and they would email back "follow the instructions". I returned detailed screen prints of how the watch would not synch with bluetooth. They would not refund my money, because I am outside of the 15-day warranty period. A bad company with zero helpful support.

Brought one for myself and the free one for my husband. My husband watch broke within three weeks. My watch still works but the blood pressures are inaccurate so if your buying it just for that don’t bother..

Ordered the watch, and was offered a Free watch at the same time. Received an email back from company (confirmation invoice) and it had the free watch. Now company refuses to provide the free watch, and refuses to respond to emails. Bad Customer Service!!!

Not accurate blood pressure reads, contacted customer service, response was " MedWatch is highly accurate but not accurate as medical equipment", in fact not even close the reads are garbage, same with the sleep records wake up time can be off by 4 hours. Only thing it's a good watch and step counter

Had to give it one star because you can't give a zero. Watch won't connect to any phone I've tried. Customer service is non existent. Complete waste of money.
