I received the watch very quickly, but was never able to sync to phone. I tried several apps, visited the phone store to very compatibility and reached out to MedWatch support multiple times. I never received assistance, only offered referral to online step by step instructions and continued requests to send a video of the issue. I was disappointed and have attempted to return for credit. I noticed several State if Wyoming SG reports and will submit mine. I DO NOT recommend this watch!

I wish I'd seen this page before purchasing this expensive, bulky, useless watch that I can't even return. I bought this watch for my dad who is a fall risk. Customer service is useless and probably busy leaving 5 star reviews on their own page. They can't even answer the simplest question. Complete waste of money.

I purchased a watch on April 19 and received it on April 23. The shipping was fast. However, The battery life is horrible. A full charged battery only last for 1 and a half day with light usuage. They claimed that the battery should last at least 5 days. That is false. I contacted them numerous times and they refused to respond. I sent them many videos with the proof and they saw the proof and didn't even respond. When I wear the watch for a day, I have to switch to my old watch which last for at least five days while the Medwatch is charging. It is frustrating because i cant get get two full days charge. Customer service doesn't make sense. They don't respond to customers. I am very disappointed with this purchase and can't get a resolution. It is the worst American company. My bank reached out to them, I emailed them several times and wrote this review and they ignored everything. This proves that they are not trustworthy.

Cannot get watch to receive calls and texts. Left a message with customer support and sent email almost a week ago with no response. Buy the Samsung Galaxy instead

I did not get even a NEAR accurate reading of my BP. The watch would ALWAYS read 106/77 or 108/77 and I could never find out how to set the correct time. THIS WATCH IS PURE T-R-A-S-H!!!!!!!

Lousy customer service. I have trouble with setting it up and the response was send us a video...how can you video something like that! No help at all!!

If I could give this, no stars, I would! I don’t know where all these four and five stars are coming from, probably the company! This watch is highly in accurate! Please do not purchase! Refunds are only available if it comes damaged or doesn’t arrive within 45 days. They do not stand behind any accuracy!

Don’t buy from here. You may not get your product. You can never get ahold of anyone via phone or e-mail. You can’t cancel or return your product (if you even get the product) call your credit card company to get your money back. Don’t waste your time with this company.
