This is pretty useless. Total waste of money. The BP is way below the actual when I went to the Emergency for chest pain. I emailed and did not have any reply on how to return this cheap watch that is advertised as having medical utility but in reality, false results. This product should be removed from the market. It is very expensive for what it can actually do for you which is nothing.

My Medwatch switches the notifications and watchface at least once a week. I have to redo all the settings including notifications, watch face, 12 hour time vs 24 hour, my steps choice (10,000, not 7,000), etc. Very frustrating and that's not even getting into the inaccuracy of the blood pressure monitoring which is why I chose this watch.

Watch does not work as described and company will not take back.

I ordered a watch and band 12/7/23 and they showed it was delivered 1/26/24 but the post office never received it and all the tracking numbers Med Watch provided were any good for the post office to track. I am out the price of the watch and band and never got anything except for a run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not buy this watch! It doesnt work!! It is completely missold as a blood pressure monitor watch. There is nothing 'Medical' about it. I bought it in good faith for my partner who suffers from high blood pressure. The readings it gave were almost 60 points below the actual readings he was getting with a blood pressure cuff and from regular visits to the doctor. This watch is totally useless and should be removed by Trading Standards for being missold.

Terrible company. I purchased the med-watch for my 86-year-old father to use for blood pressure monitoring after surgery. It was too complicated for him to use. The no refund policy is conveniently hidden in the recesses of the website. Customer service will eventually respond via email with an insulting response basically stating sorry, not sorry. HUGE waste of money since I tried to use the watch for myself (no health issues) and the blood pressure readings are not even close to accurate.

So my first Watch lasted 3 months. It's Bluetooth capabilities has failed. When I purchased this Watch, I also purchased a 3-year warranty, which they are NOT honoring. I sent them a video showing what it was doing as they asked. It was 380MB in size, so I used WeTransfer to send it to them. They never picked up the video THEY asked for. I went and purchased another one from them, and this one has been working fine. But it's only been on my wrist for a week or 2. I'll just have to wait and see. Too bad they have what seems to be a great product, but there Support is far than even good. Just be aware.

I purchased this watch thru PayPal, never held a charge long enough to work. Company has refused to refund all my money. PayPal is taking it's time deciding what to do. It's been months since this started. SCAM. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Do not order from them, be smarter than me .
