Do not buy.
I got this watch to monitor blood pressure. I never expected it to be exact but close enough to get an idea. You can pull numbers out of the air and be as close as the watch. 50 or 60 from true reading. The watch looses about 1 min. a day and the app. keeps it right. Now the app. won't set the time. Almost 1/2 an hour off now. Watch is useless and after 3 letters to them, all I got was a copy of their return policy saying it has to be broken. I say it is.
