Watch only has military time. Did not work. Did not record steps, blood pressure etc. Contacted company who sent set up directions 2x ev e n though I told them already set up. Then wanted a video of problem after I told them repeatedly that it would not stay on long enough to get a video. Sent them a picture but not good enough. Keep sending email requesting video. Terrible customer service.. only can send emails..no telephone numer to talk to live person.I give up.

Made-In-China Watch is trash. No way anyone could be happy with a $70 watch that does not work!

I bought this watch for a Christmas present. 1st it arrived after Christmas 2nd the wrist band was to small for a regular man. Then to top it off I plugged it in to charge and it never would charge. I tried getting in touch with them with no response ever. What a waste of 70 dollars. Please don't waste your money on this watch like I did. It never did work and was to small to fit a man's wrist. Waste of hard earned money.

Dont buy any products from this company. I bought a watch and the battery doesn’t last a day. Piece of junk this is an scam. They don’t have a telephone to cal and they don’t response to emails.

I purchased a med watch due to my high bp. The bp reading is never accurate not even close neither is the bph but it is closer than the bp reading. The watch comes on anytime flicks off and on. I would not recommend buying this watch especially if you have severe high bp like myself maybe after they take it back to the lab.

Warning, beware. This watch is a cheap piece of crap! It looks like a prize you"d get inside a cereal box. That's why they can offer you 2 for the price of 1 now Besides being ugly & bulky . The company will NOT refund your $$ if you don't like it. Don't fall for their marketing. P.S. when I went on their site to write a review, it said in red, "you don't have permission to write a review."

very frustrating!!! the one i bought did not work. it would not turn on and no charger inside the box. the instructions manual is microscopic- letters too small to read. i wrote them email but i did not get a response. No phone numbers to call. i gave up so i just threw mine

Don't buy this watch. This is a sham company. The one I bought does not work. Customer service ignored my requests to discuss it with them and/or send the watch back.
