Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a small mix up with my order a couple weeks back so I emailed them with a picture of my order and my order info, and they responded almost immediately and shipped me the missing items that day.

I ordered since april, the delivery took 4 months to get to Budapest!! Meanwhile I asked for a refund several times but I was told to just wait until package comes. End of july they email me saying they refunded the amount and the package is a gift fir inconviences. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND it’s been about 2 months now. No one answers when I email them about it. I asked them to post the package back to them for my money. But NO USE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TERRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERYTHING WOSRT CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER DELT WITH When I paid 60$ for delivery!
