been here years but its really gone to the dogs they aint got a clue no more its broken and dangerous. inspectors should of closed it down

I always order the same thing and ask for it as thin as possible. Tonight, despite reiterating this twice, I got home to discover it was not. When I called them about it, the rude 'manager?' told me it was difficult to do, despite managing it for the last 8 years for me. When I told her this, she told me I needed to "correct my tone of voice", after I put the phone down on her I found chicken on my garlic bread too - I am vegetarian! I heard the same woman, in a previous visit, sending a burger out for delivery with no onion, telling a staff member that if te customer complained they were just being petty! They've just lost a very loyal customer!

I am once again writing this review to explain how bad this medical practice is they have a very serious issue with practice and so-called do-it-yourself service for a start if you need a GP you can not get access to especially if you are with a serious medical condition, you can not make a simple appointment to see a GP face to face, besides to make an appointment one has to call at 8 am or 2 pm and then you hold for hours then you get told all slot has been book for it today then you have to do same again next day and keep repeating like this then at the time of phone appointments if you they get a call and not answer or if you are on the phone then no way you can call back that is a second issue with this practice it is one of the worse medical services that is ever known so I have complained to NHS many times and but no one has done anything about it and if you complaint to them in email they never respond so I am forced to send this review
