It is a scam, do not do business with this website! They will not send you any merchandise! The contact phone and email, do not work!. You might get an automated respond, but no one will ever contact you!

Same experience as others. I can’t get this Canadian named R. Major from info@medical-secure to respond to my emails. They should have shipped after 48 hours, and now more than a week later, no info. No tracking information. Thank goodness I only spent $79.95. I Submitted complaints with the BBB and FTC, and a reversal on my bank card. Please report this business if you have been impacted. Now they are sending emails under medical-protector.com.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM. All very official looking until you start chasing because item hasn't arrived. Tracking number takes you to a page but gives you no info. Click on the contact link and nothing happens

Please report the scam by this website seller to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have already filed a complaint to the BBB. The more people report the scam is perpetrated by this website, the stronger the case will make for the BBB.

This is a scam. They take your money and provide you with an invalid tracking number. You never get a direct answer. Stay away from this site.

This Company is FRAUDGELENT and its FAKE. Its taking our HARD EARNED MONEY and Price Gauging Everyone on this FAKE MASKS FROM CHINA that cost less than $1 to Buy and their prices change daily! Call the Better Bussiness Bureau and Your Local City Government and Police To Report Them For Fraud. I have sent them over 10 emails with answer and the site said that they shipped it 2 Weeks Ago!!!

Notified order shipped two weeks ago. Payment taken out..Tracking number is invalid, Company won't reply to inquiries. Scam!!
