Approved Medical Transportation is a nurse-owned transportation company that has provided reliable and safe rides for my medical procedures in the Triad area of North Carolina. It's easy to book my rides and the drivers have provided me with dependable, skilled, trained, timely, and compassionate service. They have offered me physical assistance entering and exiting the van, and they have also asked me if I would like to be physically accompanied to my home entrance. Their transportation vans are clean and comfortable, and the drivers keep an electronic eye on the traffic flow. I am new to North Carolina and I am grateful for the quality of service this company provides. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible waste of my time. I called the number for an urgent medical transport and the automatic voice gave me the round-around and then told me to go to their website and get more number - TOTAL WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would highly recommend ACC Medlink. They were very communicative about the whole plan from start to finish. They called to find out if we had any questions, were very responsive to e-mails, and were very easy to get a hold of. My mother traveled with them, and from what I heard the service was excellent. They were well-prepared and the ride was smooth.
