Waiting for a friend to come over and assemble it for me

Item was on backorder from company, was never notified when it would be shipped. I almost missed delivery of item do to being gone when they were trying to deliver it, luckily my daughter was there on the last day before they returned the item & she was able to accept delivery. Item was delivered around 3 -4 weeks after ordering

The online shopping was very easy & I greatly appreciated the marked dressing change supplies that were in line with MD Anderson patient needs. My order arrived the next day & was free shipping since it was over $99. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service when I got to the store, but no feedback or response was made to the email I sent before.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery when I needed it the most. Thank you!
