We have a loan with Medallion Bank for a Boat motor. We financed $13k. We have been paying on this loan since 07/2024. And we pay more than the minimum. In 01/2026 they seem to have not received our payment. I have been paying the same amount the same way since 07/2024 and all of a sudden they don't have our payment. Nothing has changed. I have been calling them since 03/2026 giving them all our banking information and showing proof that payment was submitted. They say they need a copy of the check well it was an ACH there is no check. I have talked with my bank and gotten proof of everything they need to process this. They still have not applied this payment to our account. I have called and emailed them about 15 times and emailed several times and mailed them several times with all the information they need. Still won't credit our account $175. I have spoken to several supervisors and still get nowhere. Very frustrated with them.

Horrific experience. I am trying to close on selling my home, Medallion has an open lien. We have called customer support 6? 7? times. Every single day for a week- they are not giving us the payoff quote we need for closing. My closing date is actually jeopardized at this point. Immediate action is needed from Medallion- I'm trying to do anything I can to get their attention. I will be forced to pursue legal action if my closing is delayed as we are in the middle of a move out of the country, and the closing date being delayed or not happening due to Medallion's gross negligence will cost me a fortune. I am debating showing up at the CEO's office in person, I am becoming so desperate.

I would never finance through Medallion Bank again. I borrowed $20,000 in November 2023, and after making 32 monthly payments, my balance as of July 2026 is still $19,397.32. That means my principal has only been reduced by about $600 despite nearly three years of payments. It’s incredibly frustrating to see so little progress toward paying off the loan. I understand that interest is part of any loan, but this feels excessive. Consumers should carefully review the interest rate, loan terms, and amortization schedule before signing anything. If you’re expecting your balance to decrease at a reasonable pace, this loan may come as a shock. I feel like I’ve been making payments for years with almost nothing to show for it. My advice is simple: read every detail, calculate how much of your payment actually goes toward principal, and compare financing options before choosing Medallion Bank

Medallion bank is a subsidiary of Medallion financial Corp and I want to thank thier collaboration with kashable for refinancing my current loan . While a lot of financial institutions are collaborating with debt relief companies this financial institution is actually given money/loans not excuses.
