You are to work like a factory worker.
Working Mechanism was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. People disappear without warning, and once you notice it, everything clicks in an awful way. The job quietly expects work to be your whole life, nights and weekends included, and Slack never really sleeps. You are to work like a factory worker. Some of my coworkers made the place unbearable, and leadership seemed fine with that dynamic. If you have just a bit of care for your mental health, then I strongly recommend not to apply.
