Bought a $3500 lift in Dec. 2025, first put it up in Feb. 2026, and in July 2026 the hydraulic seal blew. Contacted the warranty company, who said that they would send us new seals. About a week later, they said that they were not in stock and that they would not get new ones until Aug 20, 2026. We took the one with the broken seal to our closest hydraulic shop, which told us that it was rusted and pitted; they could hone them out, but it would be unsafe. We checked the other one when we got home, and same story. Completely rusted on the inside like it had sat in a swamp before it got to us. I reached back out to the warranty company on Aug 10th with no response. Reached out multiple times since; still no response. Order at your own risk; hydraulics were bad enough to be dangerous; lawsuit incoming.

Bought a tire machine an balancer combo. Might have been third party though mechanic super store. So far katool might not be the problem. The mechanic super store was terrible on communication. Then tired adding an $80 charge once my equipment was almost to my house. The shipping company they use "centeral transport" out of Maine is 0/10 stars. Got my box and it was damaged so we'll see how that goes. Got hit by a fork lift it seems. Hit hard enough to put a hole in the box and chip the paint on the balancer. We'll see if it will balance tires correctly. From start to finish not happy so far.
