Overall her pleasant attitude towards me and my mother made this a 10/10 experience.

Cannot say enough about Joe and his team at Mechanics, they are simply the best. The depth of their knowledge and customer care constantly makes you feel comfortable. Each step of the way they are checking in and looking out for you while making it feel so seem-less, even when speed bumps occur, they take them in stride and overcome them all. Whenever I had a question, someone was always available to speak and put me at ease. It was very refreshing dealing with a company like Mechanics that cares just as much as you do.
