Good service, good people.
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, especially Cheryl and Lorrie at the Somerset branch, but central management is a little timid when it comes to offering competitive savings rates—you have to bargain with them.

I am joining Mechanics after undergoing…
I am joining Mechanics after undergoing indifference , high fees & total lack of service from one of “the big banks” in my area. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brittany in your Taunton branch. She is an angel! She is knowledgeable, professional and supportive in making my change in banks a smooth transition. She & Mechanics are everything I hoped for in a new bank. Keep up the great work!
