Best return/exchange process I've experienced in years
My experience with Mechali was really refreshing. I received my order and it was pretty obvious almost immediately that the clothes had already been worn (there was a strong cologne scent and a small piece of hardware was missing from my jeans). I wrote Mechali before even trying on the pants to notify them of the condition I received them in. They responded within hours, provided a pre-paid return link, and said that they'd immediately ship my replacement order as soon as I returned the originals. There was no friction in our communication and they were very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. After I was finally able to drop my original order in the mail, Mechali shipped my new order which I received today. I opened the package and had a *handwritten* card with a discount code for my next purchase. I'm very pleased with the efficiency of their return process and the generosity they extended even after my issue was resolved. Bravo, Mechali! Excited to order from you again.
