Dear Anicet, I have verified that what you have with us is an annual subscription, so I don't know exactly which practice test you had the problem with. The contents of the exams change over time. Our content team tries to keep all our practice tests updated to adjust to these changes. Could you contact our support team: [email protected] to tell us which practice test you have used? This way we can tell you something more concrete.

Hi Caspar, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. Our PL-300 practice test is perfectly aligned with the exam objectives. Please, note that if you are looking for actual exam questions in a practice test, you need first understand the possibilities of a legal test. This means that you will not see the same questions in our test as in the certification exam since the goal of our practice tests is to help students learn the exam objectives, not the actual exam questions. Additionally, please note that, to be exam-ready, we always recommend that you complete the Certification Mode twice in a row (at least) with a score of 90% or above. Should you have any additional question, please contact our support team at [email protected]. The Measureup Team.

Dear George, We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we do not organize training sessions, or provide exam vouchers. We are Measureup (https://www.measureup.com) and it seems that your training included a Measureup Practice Test for your training sessions. However, you are mistaken us for the company that provided you with the training, exam voucher and practice test. We would recommend you contact them to give them this feedback. Kind regards. The Measureup Team
