the measure up test helped but there were questions that I didn't read about or, were not on your test. I was really surprised. I have used measure up before in the past and found them to be spot on. This time was different.

The Linux Version of the Practice Exam Download did not work. Windows did OK. Content of actual exam covered more areas.

Their return policy of two days, disregarding any circumstances is absolutely terrible. Buyers would do best to read everything on their site over thrice to make sure they fully understand, what they're buying (for example buying an exam you already own buys a second, seperate instance of that exam, instead of extending the duration on your current purchase). So if you don't know that and notice more than two days later, you're screwed. The only reason my experience merits 3 stars instead of one, is that the customer support is fast, helpful and at least in my experience does it's best to help you within policy limits.

Easy to purchase but there should be access to assign the license keys and a clear statement of when you successfully attach a register key to an account, not just a random pop-up. Your support team was quick and helpful in resolving this issue.

I like the system and used it extensively for my prep for the exam (passed it). The only feedback I had, even on discount, the content is quite expensive based on the currency exchange.

it is a good training to learn the subject. if you compare "real" questions with the practice test it is not enough to pass I guess.

The questions are well thought out and relevant for the exam. But the app is very buggy and sometimes requires you to quit in the middle of a practice exam without being able to continue/review it, which is frustrating after spending an hour answering questions.
