I recently had an issue with logging into my Measure Up account, so I emailed them about said issue. Within minutes, Charles responded back with a resolution. It turns out, I had initially signed in with an old email address, which prevented me from seeing my content as I was logged in with my current email account. Charles was very responsive and patient, and provided instructions as to how I could rectify the situation. He actually emailed the next day, inquiring about every thing. I followed his instructions, and viola, problem solved. Thank you Charles!

The MeasureUp software is very good. The questions are good, along with the answer reasons provided. Overall, a very effective tool I rely on for preparing for MS exams.
