Excellent customer service. As for the tests, they seem harder than the actual tests. If you get to a point where you are passing these tests, you'll do fine in the real exam. They score harder here then in real life (at least for the Microsoft tests). The answer explanations are excellent. I take the tests, then review all the wrong answers and make flash cards. This process has helped me be successful on the real exam
