I raised a query with MeasureUp Customer Support regarding an issue I had with registering a key. The turnaround time from Customer Support was excellent and the issue was resolved very satisfactorily within a few hours. Overall I was very happy with the handling of the issue.

I've used measure up for a couple of Microsoft exams and I find the practice tests really get over the style of the tests that Microsoft present. it helps a lot as the test questions are sometimes very odd - obviously written in such a way to prevent people learning by rote

Your program now is complecated to me for find what I need to do, for example, the training videos,and also the preparation exercises referring to the PMbook 6th edition, which is not helpful now.
