I bought a MeasureUp practice exam for Microsoft AZ-305, worked through all 169 practice questions and scored a 93% on a MeasureUp certification exam simulation. I took the exam today for the first time and did not pass (622/1000). What a disappointment to have discovered that the MeasureUp questions were considerably easier than those found in the actual exam. Also, the topic/detail in MeasureUp's questions and answers/explanations were woefully deficient in comparison to those in the actual exam. Given the it seems that Microsoft "endorses" MeasureUp as a solid exam study tool, one should expect this to not have been the experience and that the content in MeasureUp's study materials would have been better aligned in terms of depth and complexity with those found in the official Microsoft exam... Without the need to dive deeply in to every one of the dozens of links to Microsoft documentation provided in the explanations in the MeasureUp practice questions, which anyone can do without having to pay MeasureUp. Upon realizing this, I looked into MeasureUp's refund policy and found that I would have to fail the official exam twice within 90 days of having passed their substandard certification exam simulation in the 90th percentile. I feel this is unfair given all that I've explained here about the poor quality of their study materials. I will not be using their service for any exams in the future and I do not recommend that others do either.

Your practice exam for AI-900 was out of date, I’m rather unhappy about this. I believe I should receive a partial refund.

I purchased the download exam version for AI 102, it never worked on Mac!

I have used them in the past for my CCNA and they were great, however this time around for my SC400 the measure up teest were by far easier than the real test and did not cover all of the exam criteria, scoring an average 90% on measure up and then failed the real exam due to the permissions questions measure up does not prepare you for. a waste of money on this occasion

Well I purchased the downloadable version of Security + questions. After it failed to work. I used the chat on their website. They asked me to try the online version which did work and asked me to redownload and reinstall the application to see if that worked. I received an email which i replied to saying that the application continued to fail/lockup after installation. I asked them if they would credit me back the difference between the downloadable version and online version and have not heard back from them on it yet. I received a option to review them on their customer support and let them know my issues as well and still haven't heard anything back on it. I would suggest anyone looking to use MeasureUp to either ask for a full refund or don't pay for the downloadable version as there are obviously issues with their application.

The labs are so clunky and difficult to use. Customer service is non existent

The Practice Lab Demo is not working. I already sent a mail and got reply but it is still not working.

DP-100 The exam has been updated (from v1 to v2) The questions were not updated accordingly though.
