Hi Carmen Zhao, You have created a custom assessment with your PL-300 practice test. Now you have two products in your learning locker. - CUSTOM ASSESSMENT. This product hasn't practice mode because it's an assessment. - PRACTICE TEST. This product has two launch modes: CERTIFICATION MODE (it's just like the actual certification exam). & PRACTICE MODE (request the correct answers and change the testing environment). Please make sure you are selecting the PRACTICE TEST product. Hi Victoria, As we have previously informed, the PL-300 test is updated and aligned with the latest version of the exam. If you wish to pass the exam, we would recommend passing the Certification Mode, at least, twice consecutively with a score of 90% or more. Kind regards. The Measureup Team.

Hi Lance, Thank you for your feedback, we can se that your key was purchased from a different store and that our support team helped you selecting the right test from the flex key, as you have selected the wrong one from the list. We are not sure about the instructions you were sent. Once you select a test from the list you cannot change this selection.
