Waste of time dealing with this company. Even after emails from them stating they were expediting my delivery on my item. From now on I will check first if the item I'm purchasing is -coming from the US and is -already here- in this country.- This is all one sided...they already have MY MONEY. Time to contact the Federal Trade Commision and my charge card company for a refund. I'm tired of playing games.

Charge me US money not Australian, I wanted a refund and wont give me their address or reply, they offered only me $6 back on PayPal as I put in a complaint after i paid $55US for a book you can get on Temu for $6 australia, big difference! This company is a one way dealer pay money then never see them again, beware buyers! I would prefer not even giving them that one star, none is better.

Price quoted in USD, but I thought it was in AUD. I had no idea. Ended up with a paid invoice for US$52 for 4 books, which are very poor quality. No info on delivery for 2 weeks. Contact with meanwhiley resulted in a tracking link being sent, which didn't work. I escalated it to PayPal. My invoice had said I paid US$52, but PayPal paid them US$65! My account was skimmed, and when I told meanwhiley this through PayPal disputes, meanwhiley told me this was a processing error and to let them know IF I want the overpayment back. Really? Of course I do! I shouldn't have to ask for my money back. They stole it from my account. Horrendous. Don't do it. Their rubbish product ended up being delivered. No recourse now through PayPal who have closed the case, without resolution even about the 'overpayment'... ie the amount skimmed from my account. The latest scams give us product, dodgy though it is, and this is harder to fight. If I had seen this book in a shop, would I have paid that much? No way! AVOID.

No delivery after 45 days and no expected dated. SCAM!!!!

Ordered hand warmers 6 weeks before Christmas 2024. Was originally charged $25 more than stated on the order confirmation. Was refunded $14.99 and that was the last I ever heard from this scam company. Have disputed the charge with my credit card company, who is disputing the charge with PayPal. Never received the 2 sets of hand warmers, now 2 months after ordering. Scam company! Do not trust anything from them! Shame on them for jilting honest people of their hard earned money. There’s a place for you waiting in hell.

This company is a scam. Ordered a product the first of November and still have not received. They refuse to refund my money. Keep telling me to be patient. Absolutely a rip off company. Don’t do business with them.

Ordered hardwares on November 2nd for a birthday gift still waiting for tracking number that verifies item shipped now it's December 2nd birthday party has past don't need them anymore they will not cancel my order or refund my card stating the item has been shipped but still no tracking number don't recommend doing business with this outfit bunch of bullshit lies

Been waiting over 5weeks for my order. Customer service is just a recorded email. Very disappointed. Do not recommend anyone doing business with them.
