Thank you for such a detailed review! What stood out to us was how many parts of the experience you notice- not just the food, but the delivery speed, packaging, organization, labeling, and app experience as well. There's a lot that happens behind the scenes to make those pieces come together smoothly, so it's rewarding to hear they made a difference. We're especially glad the freshness and variety stood out. Thanks for trusting us with your nutrition and for the recommendation! - Meal Prep Sunday Team

Really appreciate you sharing this, especially after being with another service for so long- that kind of switch isn’t something people make lightly. We’re glad the first delivery made a strong impression. A lot of care goes into making sure meals arrive fresh, properly packed, and still enjoyable after reheating, so it’s great to hear that consistency and quality have stood out for you right away. Also appreciate you calling out the balance of flavor, portions, and convenience. That’s really the core of what we’re trying to get right every week. Thanks again for giving us a shot after seven years with another provider- we’re grateful to have you here. - Meal Prep Sunday Team

Thank you for sharing your experience so early into your journey with us! It's great to hear that the portion-controlled meals are helping take the guesswork out of eating while still keeping you satisfied. We hear from a lot of customers that having meals already portioned makes staying on track much easier. And we're glad the cookies earned a mention too—they've quickly become a favorite for customers looking for a convenient high-protein treat. - Meal Prep Sunday Team

Thanks for sharing your experience, Joline! It’s always valuable to hear when people are actively comparing different services and noticing differences in how meals are structured. We put a big focus on building meals that feel satisfying while still aligning with specific nutrition goals, so it’s great to hear that balance is coming through for you. And yes... casseroles tend to be one of those unexpected favorites for a lot of customers once they try them. They quickly become fan favorites. Wow- "feels like a cheat meal" is about as good a compliment as we can get! We spend a lot of time making sure the meals are packed with flavor while still fitting the nutritional goals people are working toward, so it's awesome to hear that's coming through. And honestly, the fact that we've helped take grocery shopping, meal planning, and cleanup off your plate is exactly why we started doing this. Also, thank you for the cookie shoutout. We'll have to share that one with the kitchen team. - Meal Prep Sunday Team
