I honestly cannot say enough good things and express how pleased I am thus far with my experience with Modern Financial! First and foremost, due to the representative that I’ve been blessed with, Mr. Tillman Givens! I am extremely hard of hearing so I cannot communicate by a “normal” everyday phone call. I wear hearing aids and struggle with understanding the words that are being said without seeing the persons face that I am communicating with so that I have the ability to see lip movement along with the words. It often sounds like mumbling. Therefore the best form of communication when not in person is by text, email or some form of a video call. When Modern Financial was made aware of this, they had no problem with scheduling my appointment by video call. I am typically a tad bit nervous in this type of situation and the first time I speak with someone because I don’t want it to be an inconvenience. Mr. Givens put me at ease immediately with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor! He and I “clicked” from the word “go”! Mr. Givens wasted no time diving into the situation that I’m in with the bad solar loan. He thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know in a way that I could comprehend and was easy to understand. He never showed frustration for having to repeat himself or explain something in a different way so that I could grasp the multitude of information that he was giving. He and I spoke on the call for close to 4 hours and by the end of the conversation I not only had a good “teammate” but I also had gained a friend! I feel like Mr. Givens went above and beyond what the standard of excellence should be and exceeded my expectations! Mr. Givens has continued to display these phenomenal qualities by staying in touch by text and email. He consistently reaches out with information needed and makes sure that I am aware of current tasks and what I can expect in the near future. I could go on and on! As said, I cannot say enough great things about my experience and it is solely due to Mr. Givens! I continue to look forward to working with Modern Financial and Mr. Givens to get this situation in order and behind me and my family.
