Christian was cordial and thorough regarding what the firm can attempt to do for me. I’ve had solar panels since 2022. I wasn’t able to monitor the system. The now, nonexistent company sent someone to set up monitoring then when he couldn’t do so, I was told to call the office. I have no idea if I’m saving energy costs other than comparing the previous 1/2 year I had records. I have no one to talk about maintenance needs. I have a warranty that is vague. I had the panels cleaned last year and had pigeon wire installed. Christian looked at the predatory rate of the finance company which looks good on the contract but is much higher when the monthly fee is calculated. The cost of the panels and associated costs were high. Christian gave me 3 options. Thanks Christian
