I thought that I would have to purchase a new Dyson vacuum as the Dyson company no longer had parts for my model. However, I was extremely happy when I discovered that McHardy Vacuum had in stock the pre filter and the hose I required. Then I discovered they also had in stock the filter for my model Dyson pure cool air purifier. I had been waiting for months to receive this from the Dyson company. The three items arrived promptly and made me very happy. Also, a staff member to whom I spoke was able, very quickly, to find the filter model for my air purifier. What more could a client want--very competent staff, the products I needed and rapid delivery.

We have a Dyson DC37 and after many years of excellent performance, was showing signs of failure. The motor had reached its end. Tried many local repair shops, all didn't offer the part, only exorbitant repair fees. Checked AMAZON but only had non-OEM replacements with no or poor reviews. I did one final AI search to see if there were fix options and at the bottom was a tiny link to McHardy! Heaven had answered! After a quick search on their website, the part was found and arrived in two days. I was amazed it was a Dyson original and not a knock off brand.
