I hired The McCall Law Firm to handle the closing
I hired The McCall Law Firm to handle the closing for a property I purchased at 853 W West Bridge Rd in Warsaw, NC. The transaction was supposed to include both the house and the land behind the property as one purchase. I recently learned that the land parcel was not included in the closing documents. After speaking with the seller, he confirmed that the land was intended to be part of the sale and that the omission appeared to be a closing error. I contacted the firm to address the issue. I was told by the attorney that it could be corrected for an additional fee of $300, which I agreed to pay. Unfortunately, since then, my calls have not been returned and I have been unable to get the issue resolved. Based on my experience, communication after the closing has been very difficult, and a significant error has remained unaddressed.
