Truly the best Mercedes Benz dealer in southern New England! Over the years, I've visited or bought cars from nearly every Mercedes Benz dealer in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and eastern New York State, and the Springfield Mercedes Benz dealership outdoes them all in sales, service and perhaps most importantly, management. The dealership is particularly intelligently designed, and the owner, Peter Wirth, has his office right out front In the corner of the main floor, where he interacts with the staff and customers on a daily basis and takes a personal interest in every customer's satisfaction. Quite unlike most dealerships, the sales managers do not play the "good cop/bad cop" routine in which the salesperson appears to fight for a good deal for the customer against the protestations of the sales manager: in my case, Moe Sabir worked with Devon Audet, my sales consultant, cooperatively and openly, and could not have been more helpful, and when we closed the deal with the finance manager, Riccardo Albano, it could not have gone more smoothly. You will not find a better organized or staffed Mercedes Benz dealer in the Northeast, and I recommend them in the highest possible terms.
