Worst experience
They are very slow in responding to emails, and there is a significant rate cut from what we receive from the client. It honestly feels like they are not providing much value beyond processing the payments received from the client. They are taking almost 20% of my hourly rate simply for processing the payment for every hour I work. They were discussing something with resources and communicating something different with clients. They play games during this process to charge as much as they can with no proper service.
