I forgot to put my medication back into the refrigerator overnight. I texted on a Saturday and Pat texted me back and she looked into it. She called back and advised everything was ok. This immediate response, especially over the weekend was very impressive. When you call or text, you get immediate response. It's not like talking to to several people or waiting days for a response. I tried another provider previously and it took days to talk to someone who could answer questions. Maxlife has the best medical and service I've ever experienced.
