I received step by step instructions, was notified and given reminders. I recieved new information and was check on regularly. I love that even when your unavailable to answer their calls they will release the information through vidoe or text with out judgment. I have never spoke to anyone since i started and yet I feel confident because of how often I receive updates, reminders and instructions through text messages, i also eeceive links to click on to watch videos. So far Im giving 2 thumbs up
