If I could I would give MaxLife 0 stars. The first five months my wife took the medicine was ok, but the last three months have been awful! The first of the three months the product was over two weeks late and the past two months our credit card was charged on time, of course, but no product has been delivered in June or July. My wife has been texting, calling, and leaving voicemails everyday for a week with no response to any of her messages. This is 100% Unacceptable…you have no problem taking our money, but can’t and won’t deliver the product promised to us when we signed up eight months ago! All we ask is for you to do the right thing!!

Just be careful and read the fine print
Just be careful and read the fine print because they WILL send you medication that you didn’t ask for and will say oh well you signed for the terms in case we couldn’t get the regular doses you’ve been getting. Also if you do a 3 month or 6 month payment up front that’s NOT it make sure you def no longer want it after that time frame and let them know immediately or they will still take payment anyways. I started the shot with them in March 2026 and lost little to NO WEIGHT. I ONLY LOST 5 pounds at most within a 3 month period of their medication, and when I told them I didn’t want the one with added b12 they didn’t care. All they want is their money. Previously I was getting the script through my doctor and I had significant progress. The communication process is horrible. My experience hasn’t been the best. I do NOT RECOMMEND

Hi Janessa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration and understand why you feel disappointed.
Our goal is always to provide clear communication regarding treatment options, subscription terms, billing schedules, and medication availability. We recognize that your experience did not meet those expectations, and we take your concerns seriously. We understand that changes in medication formulation, questions regarding ongoing billing, and concerns about treatment results can be particularly frustrating when they do not align with your expectations.
Weight loss outcomes can vary significantly from person to person, and we understand how discouraging it can be when your progress differs from what you previously experienced under another treatment plan. We also understand your concerns regarding the formulation you received and your preference not to use a medication that included B12.
While we cannot discuss specific details of your account publicly, we want to note that our team is already actively working with you to review your concerns and find an appropriate resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to address these matters directly and are committed to ensuring all questions regarding your treatment, billing, and service experience are thoroughly reviewed.
Patient satisfaction is important to us, and feedback such as yours helps us identify opportunities to improve both our communication and overall patient experience. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we look forward to continuing our conversations with you privately as we work toward a resolution.

I’m not even sure if this is a valid…
I’m not even sure if this is a valid company after many phone calls with no return by the company they charge my credit card and after many phone calls again and text. I still hadn’t received my medication after waiting for three weeks. I called my credit card company and I canceled the commitment and beware this company. I’m not even sure as valid the customer service you have no website to communicate with people. All communication is done by a text or a promise to call back which the callback never happens. I would suggest going to a different company buyer beware.

Terrible!! Hard to cancel so they auto charge you!
Terrible!!! They lock you in a contract and renew automatically charging you. You have to call to cancel and every time you call nobody answers the phone because all operators are busy. Scam company! Go elsewhere
Response from MaxLifeApr 30, 2026
Hi AG,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. We strive to be transparent about all terms, including contract length and renewal policies, which are provided during sign-up and in your agreement.
To clarify, once we receive your information and it’s ready to be submitted for medical approval, payment must be secured. After approval, typically within 1–2 business days, your account is activated, and medication is delivered within 5–10 business days.
We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching our team by phone. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. Our team did attempt to contact you to follow up and explore options such as price matching, in case cost was a concern.
At this time, your account has been successfully closed. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or (949) 704-1000. We’re here to help.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After having problems with customer…
After having problems with customer service in the past, not responding, I canceled my account. According to their contract, I had to keep them for an additional 30 days. That's fine, I should have been charged and had my medication refilled on the 20th. As of the 25th, I hadn't heard if they had my refill on the way. There is no portal to check on this. I contacted customer service, and the next day I received a reply that the system had deleted my payment method and that they couldn't charge me, so my medication wasn't sent out. Then, like magic, the next day, the system suddenly had all my payment information again. The medication would be sent out, however the 29th is my shot day. I do not have my next shipment of medication. Yesterday, March 31st, I asked for an update on shipping. I still have no answer. Tomorrow is Thursday, so I'm sure I'll miss my shot again this week. This company charges way too much to not get the medication to people on time. This is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I bought 3 months worth and only received 2. I also had some questions on the dosage. I’ve called 3 times and emailed them. No call back and no email response.
I feel like I’ve gotten ripped off. I can’t believe a company would treat their customers this way.
Don’t buy from MaxLife!
