DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT!! use this site, you will lose your money!! As with the previous review they make no communication. I went to their so called address in Chingford, Trinity House, they do not exist there and yet are offering “click and collect”. The owner of the company whose name was on my bank statement is ANDREEA CIPRIAN, HE IS A SCAMMER!! PLEASE DO NOT USE!!

Delivery was first delayed, and then did not turn up on the expected revised date. I emailed the working day before the revised delivery date, and told it was on track. The tracking never updated and it always looked like it was stuck at their warehouse. I also emailed on the delivery date due to this lack of updated tracking but they were adamant it would arrive on that date. It didn't arrive, so I requested cancellation and refund, which they have told me will happen. Hoping to actually get that refund, otherwise will raise a section 75 chargeback through my card issuer. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience, order taken, delayed, delayed once again and the. Cancelled without notice or explanation despite them still offering the product for sale . Terrible customer service do not touch with a barge pole.
