Placed order three times. First two were cancelled due to credit card decline??? Third order paid via PayPal that was accepted. They couldn't find the order but accpted the payment. Sent in order accepance email and invoice from Paypal and didn't receive a return email. Waited 5 days and filed a claim via PayPal.

A bait-and-switch company. They told me my order qualified for free shipping, and then they charged me for shipping. Not the type of company I like doing businesss with.

All of the items I received were very poor quality. Two magnifiers were completely unusable and were not cheap. I tried to return them through the online form and received no response from the company at all.
