Very inaccurate pitching machine. Grossly overpriced. Terrible customer service.
I bought their training machine that pitches small plastic balls. I spent $950 and let me say, this is possibly the worst value I have ever spent on any product. This product is grossly overpriced. I found competing products that are a fraction of the cost. I honestly thought this would be better quality and more accurate. NOPE! It's cheaply made (plastic) and doesn't do what's it's supposed to do... which is pitch accurate enough to train people to improve their batting skills. Also, they have terrible policies with returns. Not only did I have to pay for shipping the first time, that was NOT refunded back to me for the defective product AND I had to spend an additional $70 to ship this crappy thing back. I asked the company multiple times to do the right thing and take care of me but they refused. Overall worst experience I have ever had with any purchase online.
