stay well away trading standards are on the case...and this company is to be shut down

I tried to use this company to locate my wife's lost phone. Not only did I have no success but they set up two separate accounts and charged me for a month's subscription. I cancelled these subscriptions and then to my horror was billed again at he end of the next month for both accounts. I cancelled again and received an email in FRENCH confirming the cancellation but I am not sure that both have been cancelled. This seems to be a charge by default operation relying on the customer to jump through hoops to cancel a subscription they never wanted with a procedure that my or may not work and is not transparent.

What a scam this is. When trying to locate a phone, these idits took money and then after they will send a message to the lost phone. Somebody have to respond to that message to locate the lost phone. Cant we do this ourself, why do we have to pay you for that ?

Payment taken from my account without my permission or authorisation.

This website is a scan. I tried to use it to locate a lost phone it not only didn't work as no service was provided but they tried to charge my card again two days after I have bought and paid their services.

Title: Beware of Max-geoloc.com: A Disappointing and Unreliable Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had a frustrating experience with Max-geoloc.com, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to warn others. In search of information about an unknown caller, I turned to Max-geoloc.com for assistance. Unfortunately, my encounter with this company was nothing short of disappointing and misleading. Upon receiving a telephone call from an unknown number, I decided to seek the help of Max-geoloc.com to uncover the identity of the caller. The website claimed to provide the name behind the telephone call, which piqued my interest. However, my experience quickly went downhill from there. To my dismay, after providing my credit card information and paying the fee, I was left with no name or relevant information about the mysterious caller. Max-geoloc.com failed to deliver the promised service. It became apparent that their primary objective was to extract money from unsuspecting customers, rather than providing a reliable and valuable service. What made matters worse was that Max-geoloc.com not only failed to provide the desired information but also attempted to persuade me to share my location with the unknown caller. This approach is highly questionable and potentially dangerous, as it involves divulging personal information to someone whose identity and intentions remain unknown. The overall experience with Max-geoloc.com left me feeling scammed and betrayed. Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. It is disheartening to encounter companies that prioritize financial gain over customer satisfaction and safety. I strongly advise against utilizing the services of Max-geoloc.com. Their methods of taking money without providing the expected service are reminiscent of scams, and it is essential to exercise caution when engaging with such companies. I regret falling victim to their misleading claims and hope that this review serves as a warning to others seeking reliable and trustworthy services for identifying unknown callers. It is crucial to explore alternative options and conduct thorough research before entrusting any personal information or making payments to unknown entities. Stay vigilant and prioritize your safety and security over the allure of quick solutions offered by companies like Max-geoloc.com.
