terrible experience
terrible experience! I would never have thought that a young brand could have such an attitude towards customers! I wanted to give perfume to a friend for his birthday, paid for express delivery for 8 euros, waited 5 days and received nothing... Then I contacted them, but instead of an apology, they offered to return my 8 euros 😅 are you serious? no discount, no samples as a gift, you decided to return my 8 euros because of your delay and mistake? God, what generosity))) never contact these unserious people, they also deliver through the mondial service, this is the cheapest and worst service, you will not receive your order on time!
