Do not order from these monkeys put an order In 2weeks ago still not dispatched them I’ve sent multiple emails poor customer service absolute scumbags wish I could grab hold of manager of that company

I purchased 2 shirts. 1 kinda sorta matched. But the other didn't match at all. I was told they'd match the color and send me another shirt. I've sent several text, emails, post. It's been a few months. Still no shirts. This is BS...Not sure on the exact date. But I am sure it shouldn't take this long.

Matchkicks is one of the WORST companies, I have ever did business with. Well searching the internet trying to find something different to get my husband, I found matchkicks. He's a sneaker head, and I knew he would love the shirt. Didn't want to order more than one because I wanted to make sure the quality was good. So, I placed an order on 2/2/24. On 2/9/24 I emailed the company because I hadn't received shipping info. I was told the order was stuck due to tech difficulties. All I wanted was some type of answer as to when I should expect to receive it because it was a Valentine gift. I was given the runaround. I was told I should receive between 2/12-2/14. Still hadn't received a tracking number. I had to email the company AGAIN to ask for a tracking number. I was given THREE different tracking numbers for one freaking shirt. Only to now turn out that the package won't be here until 2/15. They had the nerve to offer me a discount for a future order for my troubles. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The worst ever. I really don't even rate them a one star.

I am so irritated. 😤😤 I've been waiting on these shirts to match my Jordans and what I received versus what I ordered and seen on the website does not match. I paid $35 for a T-shirts that still doesn't not match my shoes. What a waste!! 10 out 10 would not recommend!! 🤬🤬

Ordered 2 shirts from here and they did not match my shoes at all. What you see online is not what is delivered. I tried to get a refund and they want you to pay to ship everything back out of your pocket in order to get the original refund. very poor customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
